Job Summary:
The Group Travel Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of group travel arrangements for clients in the hospitality and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their group travel requirements, objectives, and preferences.
2. Plan and organize group travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, dining, and activities, within budgetary guidelines.
3. Coordinate with various internal departments and vendors to negotiate and secure group travel services, ensuring the best possible rates and availability.
4. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns or changes to travel plans.
